Putting the passenger experience at the center of MAPs
Viasat is launching a new ad supported passenger experience proposition for the mobility market place. My team and I spent a strategy sprint creating an articulation of why investing in the passenger experience was going to be essential to the success of the business. We focused on the process of designing things well and integrating them with a smart technology strategy.
Our intent was to creat buy in across teams in taking an experience first approach to developing this new business. We used this story to convey our point of view to stakeholders and to guide our thinking when it came time to design this experience.
